Shipping Information:

Shipping is $1.00 for US first class mail and a flat rate of $5.95 flat rate for priority mail delivery, and $17.00 for Express mail delivery (1-2 day). For international orders, standard mail delivery is $5.95 and global priority delivery is $9.95. Order as many as you would like for the one low price on each delivery method.

Most orders are filled and shipped within two business days by first class US mail. You will be contacted if it will take longer than two days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we do provide a 14 day return policy for any reason, from the date the item is received by the customer. After 14 days, accepted customer returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns, regardless of the reason, must have a return authorization number issued by Gems of Gold before any return is accepted and a credit or refund is provided. Credits or refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded or credited. Purchaser is responsible for any return shipping and handling fees they may incur, and all returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.
